CELEBRATING THIRTY YEARS

It is with great joy that we celebrate THIRTY YEARS as an education and missions ministry. We thank God for His many blessings over the years and continue to endeavor to follow His leading and experience His will. Our thanks go out to all who have been such a big part of Logos Christian College and Graduate Schools as well as our missions and affiliation liaisons. Please continue to keep us in your prayers!!!!

What a GREAT Graduation in Miami !!

It proved a formidable challenge to celebrate our 30the anniversary in the city where our first church-based school was established; however, it was well worth the effort. The hospitality was exceptional and we will have fond memories of our stay in Miami. We had a record-setting graduation with over 260 students receiving their degrees. What a wonderful experience!!

I am looking forward to this year of celebration and reflection as we position ourselves for the future. As part of that future I was able to introduce Dr. Van Gayton, gaytonvan@aol.com, our new Executive Vice President, and Dr. Kelly McKnight, HKMcKnight@aol.com, the new Vice President of Development and Member Care for LGN to our graduates. We will conclude our celebration here in Jacksonville in the late spring of 2008.

I will be hosting more "LET'S GET CONNECTED" Logos dinners over the next several months. Dates and places will be forthcoming.

Join Us On Our Return Trip To Egypt

In May, a team of Logos Alumni joined me on a teaching mission to Egypt for a week long intensive training seminar for our graduate program that is directed by Dr. Sameh Sadik. We have 120 Pastors, Evangelists and church leaders enrolled in our Masters degree program. Our goal is to bring 40 of these students at a time apart to a very beautiful conference center in the ancient city of Alexandria, Egypt for a week of intensive training, interaction and impartation from Logos faculty.

Dr. Sadik and I were joined by Dr. Warren Palmer, Dr. Bob Murray, and Pastor Guy Carey from Maryland, and Pastor Nick Navarro from New York. It was a wonderful inauguration for this brand new project in Egypt.

If you would like to join me on one of these teaching missions, please contact my assistant, Misty Lapinski, at misty.lapinski@logos.edu.
