Second Saturday Seminars

Our Second Saturday Seminars have proven popular and successful. Students from all over the Jacksonville area have taken advantage of these accelerated classes and have made progress towards their spiritual and ministry goals. These classes meet on the one Saturday with a post-class assignments due 45 days after the Seminar.

We are pleased to offer our next seminar schedule for Saturday, September 13th. We will be offering this class in our new Ponte Vedra location on the campus of Christ the Redeemer.

PRE201/601 Preparing a Biblical Message

(Homiletics 1)

taught by Dr. J.L. Rivera

This course is designed to assist the student in gaining the skills necessary to produce quality bible-centered messages to be delivered in churches, classroom situations, nursing homes, jails or any other place where people are willing to gather to be inspired from the Word of God. Elements of spiritual preparation, exposition of biblical themes and principles, structure, and delivery will be presented. This class forms the foundation for effectively communicating the Scriptures.
